Phonepe are actively recruiting specialists to join our In-house Customer Experience team. As a specialist, your main responsibility will involve resolving customer issues and continually seeking innovative ways to enhance their overall experience.
Your role includes providing support to ensure swift issue resolution and contributing to the improvement of support systems by identifying patterns that optimize the customer experience.
Qualifications :
- Graduation is mandatory
- Experience is 0 - 2 years
Responsibilities :
- Address basic PhonePe account and transaction queries.
- Ability to switch between phone and data channels.
- Adhere to specified process guidelines for issue resolution.
- Build customer trust through effective interactions.
- Meet hourly and daily productivity goals.
- Utilize internal processes and resources to drive resolutions.
- Escalate issues appropriately, seeking support from relevant teams.
- Recommend process improvements.
- Engage and educate customers to maximize their use of PhonePe.
